Exchange Policy Duration

Our exchange policy lasts for 7 days only from the date of purchase.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange.

Sealed / Unused Perfumes

• Once a product is purchased and opened or the seal is broken, no exchange or return will be accepted.

• Item is eligible for exchange only if:

  • It is unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

All exchange requests are reviewed before approval.

Refunds are not entertained.
Exchange delivery charges of 30 AED will apply.
